Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations receive a full studio credit or option to postpone to another date as long as we are given a 24-hour notice. No refunds.

Rescheduling notices must be given prior to 24 hours before your session in order to be provided a credit. If you inform us of a cancellation or need to reschedule within 24 hours before your session, you will lose this booking. This rescheduled session must occur within 12 months of the original booking date.
